  • Every patient on our Diabetes Management Program will receive an introductory Diabetes kit. This consists of the following:

    1- Blood Glucose Monitoring Device

    2- Test strip vials

    1- Control solution

    1- Lancing device

    1- Box of lancets (100 total)

    1- Charger

    1- Carrying case

  • Yes, we will automatically replenish your patient’s supplies. Each month we will send strips and lancets as needed for each patient.

  • We use cellular devices for all our RPM programs. They transmit the data through cellular networks to the cloud an into our program or your EHR. Cellular devices eliminate the added need and costs of providing a tablet or WiFi hub to transmit the data. We pass this savings to you and eliminate the hassle of pairing devices.

  • All of TupeloLife’s RPM devices are shipped directly to your patient’s home ready for use! That means no device paring needs and no complicated instructions that come with a Bluetooth/tablet based RPM systems. Simply insert a test strip into the device, prick your fingertip with a tiny needle, and touch the edge of the strip with the blood sample. Our device will automatically send your data to our platform, our clinical care team, and/or into your EMR.

  • Unlike tablet and Bluetooth based devices, there are NO additional costs associated with data transmission in TupeloLife’s RPM programs. Our blood glucose device is an FDA Class 2 device and uses a rechargeable battery.
